Can I only make round or square patches?

No, the appearance of the patch is not confine to these two. We can make patches of various appearances for you.

Will I receive your certificate?

Yes, we will send you a certificate to get your approval before your order goes into production.

Are your prices guaranteed to be the lowest on the market?

We not only stand for low prices, but we also offer good quality. We can guarantee that our products are of high quality and low price.

What if there is a problem with my order?

If it is an error in our production, we will produce your order for you again until there is no problem.

What should I do if I want to place an order?

It's easy to operate. You can click on our quotation page to fill in the relevant information and refer to the price.

Can I only order ten patches?

Of course, the minimum order quantity for the patch is ten pieces. However, if you order more, the price will be lower.

How soon will I receive the patches I ordered?

After receiving your approval, your order is estimated to take one to four weeks from production, shipment to delivery with you. If your order is urgent, please integrate us in advance.

What if there is something in the certificate you offer that I am not satisfied with?

If you are dissatisfied with our proof of anywhere, you can ask us to revise it, the whole process is free.

Do you charge extra for delivery?

No, free home delivery is a persuasive reason for our company.

What is your patch limit max size?

We limit the maximum patch size to 7''x7''.

Do you have offline physical stores?

Sorry, we don't have a physical store. We can only support online purchases.
