Embroidered patches combine durable fabric with stitched threads to create a classic, raised, and textured patch with clear, long-lasting designs.
Material: Made with durable polyester fabric and 100% polyester embroidery threads certified to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 for tested textile safety.
Size: Standard sizes range from 1" to 12". Larger sizes are also available for oversized designs, back patches, jackets, and other applications.
Thread Colors: Get 1 to 9 thread colors at no additional charge. Designs requiring more than 9 colors can also be produced for an additional charge.
Embroidery Coverage: Choose 50%, 75%, or 100% coverage to control stitch density, texture, and how much of the fabric base remains visible.
Shape & Border: Create patches in standard or custom shapes with options such as merrow, laser-cut, and heat-cut edges to achieve the desired finish.
