Custom Leather Patches

Our custom leather patches are made from PU (polyurethane), not genuine leather. This material provides a consistent leather-like finish for custom logos, lettering, and artwork, making it a versatile option for branded apparel and accessories.

Embossed patches feature raised designs that add depth and texture to the surface. Debossed patches have designs pressed into the material, creating a recessed effect. Both options can showcase custom logos and lettering, depending on the look you want to achieve.

You can choose from a variety of custom leather patch shapes, including circles, squares, rectangles, ovals, diamonds, shields, hexagons, and custom shapes. Five PU color options are available: Black, Taupe, Yellow, Caramel, and Saddle Tan. Patch dimensions can be discussed based on your design and intended application. You can submit your logo, artwork, or design concept in a supported file format. For the best results, provide a clear image with readable text and distinct design details. If you're unsure whether your file is suitable, contact our team for guidance before placing your order.

Available options include standard sew-on backing, iron-on backing, 3M self-adhesive backing, plastic backing, hook-and-loop backing, double Velcro backing, and safety pin attachment. Availability may depend on the patch design and intended use. Contact our team if you need help choosing a suitable option.

Iron-on or heat-press application may be suitable for patches specifically designed with a compatible heat-activated backing. Not every PU patch or fabric can withstand the same temperature and pressure. Follow the application instructions provided for your selected product and confirm compatibility before applying heat.

Production begins after you approve the digital proof. Initial proofs and revisions are provided within 12 hours. You can choose from three turnaround options:
7 business days: Standard production with no discount, plus 3 business days for shipping.
18 business days: 10% discount, plus 3 business days for shipping.
25 business days: 20% discount, with production and shipping by sea included in the 25-business-day timeframe.
Longer production schedules offer greater savings. Choose the option that best fits your budget and deadline.
