Velcro Loop Backing

▪ Multiple dense loops of fluff on the surface.

FAQ for Custom Motorcycle Patches

Q: Do you provide unlimited artwork revisions?

Free artwork comes with your order. We aim to create your design exactly as you envision, with minimal changes from the moment you place it.

Q: How long will my motorcycle patches last?

The durability of your patches relies on both the materials used and the application method. Sewn-on embroidered patches and PVC patches are known for their high durability. Iron-on patches can also endure multiple washes if applied correctly. However, adhesive patches tend to be less durable.

Q: Can I receive multiple color variations of the same design?

We allow you to choose different color options for each design in your order.

Q: Can my biker patches be made in any shape?

We can make patches in any shape using our hot-cut border method. While standard embroidered patches typically have a merrowed border, custom shapes are also an option.

Q: How long will my design be stored if I want to reorder?

Your custom design is kept on file permanently. It’s stored digitally in your customer account and our database, and we also keep a physical copy in our warehouse.

Our Embroidered Badge Styles

Iron On Backing

● Forms a Connexion between the badge and garment when ironed or heated. ● Aheat seal machine with the right time, pressure, and temperature to connect. ● Great for people who want a permanent placement.

Velcro Backing

● This kind of patch backing can be quickly and easily removed from a cloth. ● A velcro hook was stitched to the patch and the loop fastener was sewed onto clothing. ● The perfect solution for easily removing and reapplying bespoke badges.

Plastic Backing

● The plastic backing is thin enough to be sewn onto fabric. ● A rigid backing adds support to the patch allowing it to keep its shape over time. ● The regular solution for shape maintenance and sew-on badge application.

Adhesive Backing

● Adhesive turns your badges into embroidered stickers in a sense. ● Easily removable, versatile, and less permanent than others. ● Great for the quick one-off addition to a costume, jacket or backpack.
