Frequently Asked Questions

Is your question listed above? Tap here to receive instant support from our AI assistant and get personalized answers in seconds.

[Difference]

How are full embroidered + full printed patches different from patches with a printed background?

Full embroidered + full printed patches have a fully embroidered base, with the color artwork printed directly onto the stitched surface. Patches with a printed background and embroidered details combine a printed fabric area with stitching in selected areas instead.

[Digital Proof]

Will my finished patch look exactly like the digital proof?

Your digital proof shows the artwork layout, shape, and dimensions. The finished patch adds visible thread texture, so fine details and colors may appear slightly different from a smooth digital image on your screen.

[Craft]

Can you reproduce small text, fine lines, and gradients?

Full-color printing allows gradients, shading, and intricate artwork to be included on an embroidered base. However, small text and fine lines still need enough space to remain clear. Send us your design and preferred size so we can review whether adjustments are needed.

[Color]

Can I use a photograph or hand-drawn illustration for my patches?

Yes, you can submit a photograph, illustration, or scanned drawing for review. Please provide the highest-resolution file available, as blurry or low-resolution images may need adjustments before production.

[Reorder]

How do I reorder the same patch design?

Provide your previous order number and the quantity you need. Let us know whether the artwork, dimensions, backing, and border should remain the same or be updated. We’ll confirm the specifications and current quote before proceeding.
